April 16th 9:12 AM: Glenville Bridge: Byram River near the Glenville Fire Station. About two feet of clearance. 

Archway probably did not completely flood. Great benefit from Beagle Club Bridge backup.

Storm Total:   6.82 inches of rain in total at HPN, 0.10 inches in last four hours.
